If you are looking for PT This is the place to go. I've been going there on and off for hip and back issues. Each and every employee there is incredible. You are not just a number you are a friend in need and that is very rare. They will not make you do things you don't need, not out for your money either. Professionals in their field. I have been going to Buffalo Rehab Group for all my physical therapy needs since my first orthopedic surgery 6 years ago. Each time, I have experienced great customer service, flexible scheduling and focused rehabilitation treatments with successful outcomes. Recently, I developed a different problem and started receiving therapy at a newly opened site (one of many area-wide sites). I am again impressed with their ability to accommodate my schedule and to explain specific exercises (or alternate exercises) to promote a good outcome. I applaud BRG for striving to be the best.

I’ve gone to physical therapy several times for my back, knees and shoulder over the years, but Buffalo Rehab Group is the only one where I am pleased to write a review. I have found the staff to be both warm and professional, but most importantly, I have seen immediate progress with my mobility. It’s a busy place, but I feel Matt gives me his undivided attention. He explains and models all steps (exercises) clearly. All of the staff and patients there seem to be upbeat and happy. I’m at the Williamsville location, but they have several other locations in the area. If you need physical therapy and want to see progress, I recommend giving Buffalo Rehab Group try!

How do I schedule an appointment at Williamsville?

Is parking available at Williamsville?

Yes, our Williamsville clinic has a convenient parking lot available. We strive to make your visit as hassle-free as possible, and parking is one less thing you need to worry about. 

Do I need a referral to start treatment?

No. You may begin physical therapy without a referral from your physician. Treatment without a referral is available for 10 visits, 30 days, and with clinicians who have three or more years of experience. 

Is my treatment covered by insurance?

Yes, physical and occupational therapy are covered by insurance. Here is a list of health insurances we currently accept. 

What can I expect during my first session at Williamsville?

At your initial appointment, your therapist will ask questions and evaluate your range of mobility. Your following sessions will work to treat dysfunction and maximize your recovery through an approach specific to you.
