Lauren grew up in East Amherst, NY and attended Nazareth College, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She started with Buffalo Rehab Group in May 2017.
She decided to become a physical therapist after going through therapy herself at the age of 15 following injuries to both of her shoulders. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them reach their goals and regain function.
Lauren was a competitive swimmer and tennis player for 10 years. She competed at the Empire State Games for several summers as a short and long-distance swimmer. She competed in the Speedo Sectionals, where she swam alongside some of the top swimmers in the Northeast. Lauren also participated on her college’s tennis team in her first year as the 3rd singles player before choosing to focus on academics instead.
Outside of work, Lauren loves hiking, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Copper.
