Lauren Losi grew up in East Amherst and graduated from Nardin Academy. She then attended Nazareth College in Rochester for 6 years, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
After graduating, Lauren moved back home and began working at Buffalo Rehab Group in May 2017.
Lauren was a competitive swimmer and tennis player for 10 years. She competed at the Empire State Games for several summers as a short and long-distance swimmer and also went on to compete in the Speedo Sectionals, where she swam alongside some of the top swimmers in the Northeast. She also participated on her college’s tennis team her first year as the 3rd singles player, before choosing to focus on academics instead.
Lauren decided to become a physical therapist after going through therapy herself at the age of 15 following injuries to both of her shoulders. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them reach their goals and regain function.
In her free time, Lauren loves hiking, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Copper.
