If I'm a new patient, do I have to schedule online?
No, you do not! However, due to high call volumes, we recommend scheduling your new evaluation online for a faster completion process.
Can I schedule with a specific therapist?
Yes! To schedule with a specific therapist, follow the prompts within our online scheduler. Once you have selected your desired clinic location and preferred date(s), you can then select your specific therapist. (Please note: your desired therapist may not have availability on your chosen days).
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment(s)?
To reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please call our Patient Service Center at (716) 458-1990. Online scheduling is currently for new evaluations only.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No referral is needed to get started. You may start treatment without a referral for up to 10 visits or 30 days, after which we will work with your provider to get a script to continue your plan of care.
Can I schedule online for Pelvic Floor Therapy?
You can initiate the scheduling process using our online scheduler by entering your basic information. However, due to the high demand and intricacy of each case, our Patient Service Center will call you directly to finalize scheduling your evaluation around your specific needs.
