I am receiving excellent quality of care at the Buffalo Rehab Group in Orchard Park. My Physical Therapist is John Bard. His professionalism and friendly demeanor consistently shows. I feel very comfortable in his care of treatment of my back and hip issues. He is very knowledgeable in his communication and takes time to guide me through stretching and strengthening exercises. Also, has worked on tight areas of back manually. I appreciate the personalized care. John seems to give all his patients personalized care, and he does it seamlessly between patients. This office has a very personalized approach. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. All of the Physical Therapy team are attentive and courteous. You are truly a well treated patient here!

He was so patient and encouraging with me when I was struggling with a particular exercise. I recommend them highly! Especially Tad!

BRG has helped me through some pretty traumatic injuries. They are extremely knowledgeable. I have been to other PT’s that don’t compare and I didn’t make the same progress. Kathleen at Buffalo Rehab Group is both knowledgeable and personable, which makes her wonderful to work with. The atmosphere of BRG is warm and inviting, and the conversation and collaboration between the staff and patients makes the visits actually enjoyable. I suffer from scoliosis, and the resulting hip pain has subsided based on the exercises Kathleen has taught me. The coaching and instruction are very effective! Parking and access is easy, and they are very flexible with scheduling! If you're looking for a great Physical Therapy experience, BRG is a win!

BRG Orchard Park is an amazing facility for all your rehab needs. It's easily located in the village of OP with easy parking and super convenient hours. The building is new, clean and well lit and very equipped - and the staff are the best part. They are upbeat and eager to help you get well and be better than before your injury. Their extensive knowledge of motions and exercises and wellness treatments lead to the fastest possible recovery. My whole family has used their services, we highly recommend them and going to BRG Orchard Park makes PT fun! They also know have an app so you can do your exercises away from the office with video reminders of how to perform the motion.

The treatment plans are age appropriate and address individual needs well. In particular, my therapist, Lindsay Bilson has made herself available to help via email when I am not in the clinic, and has been responsive to my requests for help. The amount of patient teaching incorporated in my care has really facilitated and motivated me. I have experienced PT many times previously, but never as helpful as this has been.

I have been treated by Jeff Woodrich and other staff members at Buffalo rehab a number of times over the years, primarily for low back issues related to golf. They have done a fantastic job each time of diagnosing and treating me, allowing me to return to golf while avoiding surgery. Jeff is incredibly skilled and the team he has built is so good at both treatment and customer service. It is a pleasant and uncommon combination in medical providers today.

If you need physical Therapy you need to contact Buffalo Rehab. The Hamburg office is the best one in the area. I see Brandy for my shoulder and she has really helped me.

Buffalo Rehab Group has been amazing for the recovery of my shoulder. From the time you check in at the front to working on exercises everyone is so warm and welcoming.
