I have used BRG on several occasions. There facility in Kenmore is bright, neat and clean. My primary PT is Erin Mauro - described as through, patient and kind and exceptionally knowledgeable in PT. Erin can explain "Doc" stuff down to an understandable level and make you feel comfortable while doing what ever is needed to rehabilitate you. The entire staff are available to help and are concerned for your wellness. Scheduling is easy and accommodating with early and late hours. The insurance aspect is handled well along with communication with your doctor. Overall, a good place to receive care.

Great experience with my therapists--Scott, Paul and Penny! All 3 of them are very professional but best of all, friendly, patient and helpful. When I had an accident at home and sustained a fracture, I was told by my doctors to stop therapy until they told me it was okay to start therapy again. During the time I was off, Scott called me to see how the recovery was going. That meant a lot to me because it made me feel as if they really cared about my progress. I highly recommend Sport Rehab as the place to go for physical therapy and also highly recommend these three therapists.

Getting set up and started was simple and quick. Lindsey B. has been a fantastic help to me in trying to get relief and improvement. From intake forward, she has listened, and adapted a plan that feels very specific to my life and consequently effective in gaining some traction in my healing process. She's with me every step of the way in my PT sessions so that I get maximum benefit from the time I'm committing to treatment. I'm truly grateful that I got connected with Lindsey and BRG!

The entire team over at BRG on Hertel is fantastic. Everyone from the front desk on went above and beyond to help me! By far the best care I have ever received. I am so thankful I was referred there for therapy!

They are very friendly and give me the best exercises for my situation they never push me past what I can handle. They definitely hit the targeted areas and they definitely make a huge difference. I feel better after every visit.! I would recommend their services to anyone feeling any type of pain!

I began at Buffalo Rehab Group for an issue with my neck 2 years ago. I completely recovered thanks to the Tech drive team. I recently tripped and broke my shoulder and am in the midst of PT again after surgery. The team is still attentive, remembered the last time I was there and personal details. They let you go at your own pace with just the right amount of push to help you succeed and reach your goals! I would recommend this team for any type of PT! They make it fun to heal!! ?
