Don’t Run From Pain or Injury

When those minor pains first crop up, it’s tempting to push through. Before you know it, you’re piling on more rest days, altering your training routine, and experimenting with over-the-counter remedies. All you really want is to hit the pavement again — and we understand.

Rediscover the joy of pain-free running with the support of a physical therapist who shares your passion for running, too.

How is Physical Therapy for Runners Different?

Reaching a full recovery and returning to pain-free running requires runner-specific exercises. Clamshells and leg lifts just won’t cut it! Through runner-specific exercises, you’ll stabilize imbalances and teach your body how to fix the root cause of injury for good.

It's calming to head to my appointments at BRG. I've been a patient on and off for various injuries and ailments for almost 5 years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is always friendly and work together at a team seamlessly. The facilities are clean, and the patients are loyal and seem very happy. I highly recommend BRG!. ?

I had a great experience the Tonawanda Buffalo Rehab group. I was given a manageable program that was closely monitored with helpful feedback for treatment of back and neck pain. My rehab was very individualized by a friendly, efficient staff, that was always willing to explain and answer questions. Scheduling was convenient and met my needs for flexibility. Most important, the results of my time in physical therapy were very positive and my goals were met. Many thanks to Ray Hammel.

I brought my 10 year old son to BRG with a neck issue he was having, not really knowing what to expect. We were paired up with Physical therapist Brandon Tytka. He was great he worked with my son over the course of six weeks until his neck was better and surpassed our expectations. At the beginning my son was scared going and did not know what to expect never having physical therapy before. Brandon was funny and personable and my son loved going to therapy to work with him. Working with buffalo rehab group was over all a great experience and I would definitely choose to return here if needed in the future.
