Started PT with Rob at Buf Rehab Group a couple weeks ago on recommendation from Buf Med Group. Issue is pinched or inflamed nerve left pelvis and back.(73 year old BTW). These guys put on a little seminar on lower back pain at the Y some months ago and their knowledge is impressive. Rob zeroed in on problem right away and illustrated the issue with a model of the back and nerve construction. Then went to work on effective stretch and exercise program that has me feeling quite good. I’m enthusiastically into my home construction projects, exercising, and golf. I’d recommend these guys any day.

I've gone to BRG three different occasions - before and after knee replacements, back fusion and most recently hip bursitis. The treatment has made all the difference in my recoveries. My PT, Steve, knows what he's doing, very knowledgeable and his team works together well. Environment is friendly and makes the time there enjoyable and therapeutic. Receptionists are great too. I've gone to other PT practices and BRG is by far the best. The also have onsite and web learning opportunities, email follow up and informative emails.

When I started to experience pain in the arch of my foot, I immediately contacted Steve Gonser for a consultation at the Williamsville location. He quickly identified the source of the injury and provided specific exercises to correct the problem, explaining everything in a way that I could easily understand. His team was very professional and encouraging, and the facility itself was well-equipped to get me started on my road to a quick recovery. I have already referred friends and family to their care, and would recommend them to everyone for their physical therapy needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my child needs Physical or Occupational Therapy?

If you notice delays in your child’s motor skills, difficulties with daily activities, or have concerns about their development, our pediatric therapists can provide an assessment and recommend the appropriate therapy.

What should I expect during my child's first visit?

During the initial evaluation, our therapists will assess your child’s abilities, discuss your concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan. We encourage parents to be actively involved in the process.

Does my child need a referral to start treatment?

No. Your child may begin Physical or Occupational Therapy without a referral from your physician. Treatment without a referral is available for 10 visits, 30 days, and with clinicians who have three or more years of experience.

Is my child's treatment covered by insurance?

Yes. Therapy is covered by insurance. Here is a list of health insurances we currently accept.
