Participants come from a wide range of teams, from Physical and Occupational Therapists to Patient Service Center staff, Billing and Administrative teams, Patient Care Representatives, People & Culture, and Marketing.
Each role brings a different perspective, but the core skills being developed are the same. Leadership Lab focuses on strengthening communication, providing feedback, improving decision-making, increasing self-awareness, and helping individuals better support their teammates and move work forward.
