Lauren grew up in Mississauga, Ontario and now lives in Downtown Buffalo. She graduated from Daemen University in May 2026 and joined Buffalo Rehab Group in June 2026 after completing a clinical rotation with the company earlier that year. Lauren chose a career in Physical Therapy after spending time in PT as a competitive athlete recovering from injuries. Inspired by a Physical Therapist who made a lasting impact on her, she developed a passion for helping others while learning more about human movement and athletic performance.
Lauren loves Buffalo’s sports culture, especially cheering on the Buffalo Bills. Outside of work, she is a fitness influencer and aspiring wellness bodybuilder who enjoys staying active and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
