Jeff Woodrich, PT

Physical Therapist
East Amherst
Jeff resides in Orchard Park, NY, with his wife, Kim, and their children, Jake and Hannah. He joined Buffalo Rehab Group in 1993, right after graduating from the University of Buffalo, where he played Division I baseball.
Before college, Jeff was a three-sport athlete at Hamburg High School. His journey toward becoming a Physical Therapist began during his junior year when he underwent rehab for a low back injury. His involvement in sports and his passion for sports performance opened doors for Jeff to work with numerous professional athletes in the NFL and NHL, as well as at the collegiate and high school levels.
Jeff is the creator of The GolfsmartFIT program, pioneering high-level performance and training for golfers. This groundbreaking program gained national recognition and was endorsed by the PGA and collegiate golf. He takes pride in his work with the remarkable Vanderbilt team, which includes the current PGA player Brandt Snedeker. The program was instrumental in the development of the TPI golf training, now franchised across the country.
Beyond his professional life, Jeff has dedicated many years to coaching youth baseball. The local team, the Buffalo Braves, produced over a dozen talented players who continued their baseball careers at the collegiate levels of D1 and D3.
In his own words, Jeff expresses, “I feel blessed and extremely fortunate to have found a profession that I love so much. It’s tremendously rewarding, working side-by-side with patients to help them achieve their life’s most important objectives.”
