Brook grew up in Arcade, NY, and graduated from Bryant & Stratton College in 2026. She joined Buffalo Rehab Group later that year. Brook chose a career in Physical Therapy after experiencing rehabilitation firsthand through injuries she sustained while cheerleading, which ultimately required surgery. Her own recovery sparked a passion for helping others through their rehab journey.
She loves Buffalo for its caring community and the way people come together to support the city’s teams, especially her favorite, the Buffalo Bills. Outside of work, Brook enjoys golfing with her boyfriend, spending time with her cat, and being with family and friends.
