Ashley Ahrens, PTA

Ashley grew up in Orchard Park, NY and moved back after living out of state for 11 years. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant license in Northwest Arkansas and holds a degree in Health and Physical Education from Oral Roberts University. After teaching for two years, Ashley discovered her true passion in Physical Therapy. She joined Buffalo Rehab Group in February 2026, drawn to the company’s purpose of helping people get their lives back.

Ashley finds fulfillment in providing care that is both functional and meaningful, personalized to each patient’s goals. Outside of work, she enjoys running, playing pickleball, and staying active outdoors with her family.
