Jake Wilsen, PT DPT

Jake grew up in Fallsburg, NY in the Catskills region and graduated from Daemen University. He joined Buffalo Rehab Group in June 2026. Jake chose a career in Physical Therapy because he wanted to make a positive impact on his community. After tearing his hamstring during a high school football game, he experienced firsthand how a Physical Therapist could help not only with recovery from injury, but also provide mentorship and support. That experience inspired him to pursue a career where he could do the same for others.

Jake loves the Western New York and Buffalo area for its strong sense of community and unity. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through weightlifting and boxing. He also loves spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and exploring new places.
