We are excited to officially open the doors to Buffalo Rehab Group’s newest clinic in Orchard Park, NY. Even more exciting is how this location came to life.  

This new clinic represents more than a new space for care. It reflects our commitment to growing from within, empowering clinicians to step into leadership roles, and expanding access to high-quality therapy services for the communities we serve.

The Orchard Park – UBNS location is proudly led by Brandy Clarke, MS OTR/L, and Lauren Destro, PT DPT, two clinicians whose passion for patient care and connection to this community make them the ideal leaders for this next chapter. 

Growing With Purpose: A Culture-Driven Expansion 

At Buffalo Rehab Group, growth has always been about people. 

Opening a new clinic creates meaningful opportunities for Physical and Occupational Therapists to step into leadership roles, shape clinic culture, and build long-term relationships with the people they serve. The Orchard Park – UBNS location reflects that philosophy in action, bringing high-quality care closer to the community while supporting clinician growth and development. 

Developing Leaders from Within 

Brandy and Lauren are not only leading the Orchard Park – UBNS clinic, they are also participants in Buffalo Rehab Group’s Clinical Lead Mentorship Program, an internal leadership development initiative designed to support clinicians as they step into expanded roles. 

Through this program, clinicians learn directly from members of the Buffalo Rehab Group executive team who have been in similar positions before. The focus extends beyond day-to-day clinical care and into areas such as leading a team, managing a full clinic, and understanding the broader responsibilities that come with running an office. 

This mentorship ensures Brandy and Lauren are supported not only as clinicians, but as leaders, equipped with the perspective and tools needed to build a strong foundation for the Orchard Park – UBNS clinic and deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience. 

Meet the Clinicians Leading Orchard Park – UBNS 

Brandy Clarke, MS OTR/L 

Brandy brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Occupational Therapy, with a strong focus on helping individuals return to meaningful activities and daily independence. As a leader at the Orchard Park – UBNS clinic, she is excited to expand access to care in a space designed to support patients across all stages of life. 

“It’s nice to have an opportunity to provide more access to care for the community,” Brandy shared. “Being part of a brand-new space that allows us to better support our patients and continue to grow services is really exciting.” 

Brandy’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, mentorship, and creating an environment where patients feel supported throughout their care journey. 

Lauren Destro, PT DPT

For Lauren, leading care in Orchard Park – UBNS is deeply personal. 

“I’m an Orchard Park native, born and raised,” Lauren said. “I’m very excited to be a part of and serve my community.” 

Lauren’s connection to the area gives her a unique perspective on what patients value most: accessibility, trust, and care that feels local. As a Physical Therapist, she is passionate about helping patients move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their everyday lives. Stepping into a leadership role at this new clinic allows her to give back to the community she calls home while helping build something lasting for the future. 

Together, Brandy and Lauren are setting the tone for a clinic built on collaboration, compassion, and high-quality care.
