Alana was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She graduated from D’Youville University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Studies. After completing a clinical rotation with Buffalo Rehab Group, she joined the team in the summer of 2025.
Alana chose a career in Physical Therapy because of her passion for helping others and supporting people in getting back to what they love most. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, working out, and exploring new cities and festivals.
