Very pleased/happy with the Buffalo Rehab Group on Union road in West Seneca. Friendly helpful staff who really want to help you get to where you want to be. Been at different physical therapy places and it seemed like my program was a never ending program. After my evaluation, my therapist outlined a schedule with me with a clear defined endpoint. He and I stayed on that schedule and I finished at 100% recovery. They also have an app that has descriptions and videos of the exercises. A lot easier than trying to remember what to do! Don't really want to return, but if I ever need pt again I will be going back there.

Can’t say enough good things about the quality of care I’ve received at Buffalo Rehab in Tonawanda and by Kristina Hines specifically. She is always professional, helps me to understand the specific exercises and work she assigns and their purpose, keeps me updated on my progress and helps me understand the outlook and expected pace of recovery. She is flexible in scheduling, has moved the pace forward or more slowly depending on my own progress, is always friendly and helpful. She is prepared for me the moment I arrive. I could not have found a better provider and partner in my recovery.

The entire staff is very nice and friendly. I am impressed with my therapist Haley as she's extremely knowledgeable, comfortable and supportive. I had a fantastic experience with Buffalo Rehab Group after I sprained my ankle. Within the 1st couple weeks of PT, I was improving my flexibility and strength. Now after 10 weeks, I am back to running and strength training consistently with better range of motion than before my injury. They have friendly staff and are super flexible with scheduling appointments.

Just finished several weeks of PT at Buffalo Rehab. I worked with Lauren and Lindsey and they were fantastic.They were caring and professional.My leg pain , thanks to them, is almost non existent. I have been going to Buffalo Rehab on Hertel for the past six weeks. When I first started rehab, I couldn't bend my knee. After six weeks I have full mobility back. I have done rehab for a labral tear shoulder surgery and I now have full range of motion. The knowledge and expertise of Garnet and his staff at BRG on Hertel are second to nobody.
