Scott Tanski grew up in West Seneca and graduated from West Seneca East High School. While at West Seneca East, Scott participated in cross-country, indoor, and outdoor track. He was captain of both the indoor and outdoor track teams his senior year. Scott currently resides in Elma with his wife, Sarah, and 2 daughters.
Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude from Daemen College in 2003 for his Bachelor’s and 2005 for his Doctorate. Scott received numerous awards while at Daemen including the Natural Science Department Outstanding Graduate Award and being part of the Beta Beta Beta Honor Society. Scott was on the cross-country team at Daemen, and he was captain of the team in 2003 and 2004. In 2018, Scott joined Daemen College as an adjunct faculty.
Scott started at Buffalo Rehab Group in 2005. Scott used his interest in running to co-found Runsmartonline.com which has allowed him to work with runners at all levels. His passion for physical therapy has led him to work with clients from the NFL. Scott’s professional interests include working with orthopedic conditions as well as vestibular and concussion conditions.
In his spare time, Scott loves spending time with his family, time outdoors, running, and playing volleyball.
