Kara grew up in Depew, NY, and graduated from Depew High School. Kara currently lives in East Amherst with her husband, Robert, and 2 cats, Kenobi and Leia.

Following her graduation from Niagara County Community College in 2017, she started her physical therapist assistant career with Buffalo Rehab Group and has enjoyed serving her community to help get their lives back.

Outside of work, Kara is currently a part of our Armed Forces as a Reservist in the Air Force. She loves spending time with her family, helping others, and working out.
