Jay grew up in Eden, NY and currently lives in Tonawanda. He started with Buffalo Rehab Group in May 2019. Jay has a passion for helping athletes achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and hopes to return to competitive baseball and/or volleyball.
