Hit the Golf Ball Harder with Less Effort

Do you feel like you have stiffness and tightness while playing your round of golf? If so, this blog post can help you.

Strong glutes, low back, and core are essential if you want to hit the ball as far and as straight as possible while still feeling your best.

The glutes are the largest and most powerful muscle in the human body. They are one of the muscles that make up our “core,” and one of their main functions is to stabilize and protect our spine during daily life movements—such as the golf swing.

Without strong, active glutes, our spine is at risk of being put under excessive stress, leading to pain and eventually injury.

Additionally, it’s harder to recruit our lower bodies during the golf swing without strong glutes. Resulting in a loss of swing speed and an inefficient swing.

So how can you build glute and core strength?
