Ali grew up in Holland, NY and attended Villa Maria College, where she received her associate’s degree in Applied Science from the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She graduated with the highest honors, was an all-semester Dean’s List recipient, and was a Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society member. She started as a student intern at Buffalo Rehab Group and returned as a full-time PTA after graduation.
She started her career in health and wellness as a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. While working in the gym, she fell in love with helping clients who needed a little extra attention to reach their goals. This led her to pursue higher education in physical therapy.
Outside of work, Ali spends her free time with her partner and puppy in the park or hanging out with her parents and five siblings. Her other hobbies include social dancing, going to the gym, hiking, art, and music.
