Heather Gronkowski, PT DPT

Heather grew up and currently resides in Orchard Park, NY and graduated from The University at Buffalo in 2021. She started with Buffalo Rehab Group in February 2023.

She became a Physical Therapist because she believes in the impact of exercise and an active lifestyle on health and wellness. She wants to give individuals the ability to manage and prevent pain and injury through exercise and education.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys staying active, with her two favorite hobbies being yoga and hiking. She loves the sense of community and camaraderie in Buffalo and looks forward to helping you on your journey to healing and wellness!
