Add these Exercises to Your Routine 

Learn simple and effective exercises from Physical Therapist, Steve Gonser PT DPT.

Each exercise is effective and targets the most common “problem areas” for those who struggle with pain, weakness, or injury.

  3. Rotator Cuff Pulls
Start off with one to three sets of ten, depending on your current level of strength.  Different color bands represent different resistance.  Here’s a list from easy-to-hard:
  1.  Yellow
  2. Red
  3. Green
  4. Blue
  5. Black
  6. Grey

Convenient Hours

 Your schedule is important which is why we have appointments available before and after work hours. Although our clinics have different hours many are open from 7am to 7pm, some as early as 6am and as late as 8pm.
