What is the YMCA Wellness Series?

The YMCA Wellness Series offers free online classes led by top Western New York healthcare professionals. These sessions provide actionable wellness tips and strategies to enhance your mental and physical health. Each class concludes with a live Q&A session, allowing you to get your questions answered. 

Is there a cost to register?

Nope! The YMCA Wellness Series is free. 

Do I have to register for all four classes?

Not at all! You can sign up for as many or as few classes as you’d like. 

How do I access the classes?

Once you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the class and instructions on how to participate. 

Will the classes include exercises or just information?

Classes will include demonstrations of exercises along with wellness tips, so you’ll leave with actional strategies to try at home! 

How long are the classes?

Each class is approximately 30 minutes, followed by a live Q&A session. 

What if I can’t watch a class the night it airs?

That’s okay! A replay link will be sent to all registrants after the class airs, so you can watch it whenever it’s convenient for you. (Keep in mind that you won’t be able to participate in the live Q&A if you’re watching the replay.)
