Sign up for your desired classes for access to the YMCA Wellness Series. After registering, you will receive reminders, links to upcoming webinars, and access to recordings so you can participate on your schedule.

Watch

Join the live webinar from home or watch the recording later if you cannot attend live. Each session includes practical education and simple demonstrations you can follow along with safely.

Ask

Stay on after the presentation for a live Q&A with our Physical and Occupational Therapists. Ask questions in real time and get practical guidance you can use right away to move better, feel steadier, and stay active.

Not sure what to expect? The YMCA Wellness Series offers free, easy-to-follow online classes led by experienced healthcare professionals from Buffalo Rehab Group. Each session is designed to help you move with confidence, build strength, and better understand your body.

What is the YMCA Wellness Series?

The YMCA Wellness Series offers free online classes led by top Western New York healthcare professionals. These sessions provide actionable wellness tips and strategies to enhance your mental and physical health. Each class concludes with a live Q&A session, allowing you to get your questions answered. 

Is there a cost to register?

No, the YMCA Wellness Series is free to everyone!

Do I have to register for all four classes?

Not at all, you can sign up for as many or as few classes as you’d like!

How do I access the classes?

Once you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the class and instructions on how to participate. 

Will the classes include exercises or just information?

Classes will include demonstrations of exercises along with wellness tips, so you’ll leave with actionable strategies to try at home! 

How long are the classes?

Each class is approximately 25-30 minutes, followed by a live Q&A session. 

What if I can't watch the class the night it airs?

That’s okay! A replay link will be sent to all registrants after the class airs, so you can watch it at your convenience. (Keep in mind that you won’t be able to participate in the live Q&A if you’re watching the replay.)
