Approximately 1 in 3 Americans will face a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime. Join Buffalo Rehab Group and Team Roswell for a month-long virtual fitness challenge, capped off by a live event, all aimed at boosting your well-being and supporting the fight against cancer. 

BUILD A ROUTINE

Get ready for Fall Flex a 30-day exercise challenge to build strength and mobility through low-impact, Physical Therapist-designed routines found in our new indi fitness app. Hit your challenge goal of at least four sessions completed using the app, then join us live to log those final moments at our in-person fitness event. By participating in Fall Flex, you’ll learn how to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle without feeling exhausted or overwhelmed — and find the motivation needed to reach your goals!

    Dr. Mary Roberts focuses on restoring optimal pelvic floor function through both education and treatment. She provides relief for the symptoms of pelvic pain, incontinence, and pelvic floor dysfunction in a personalized setting. 

     

    Katie Wolfley, PT DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Katie Wolfley specializes in treating orthopedic conditions to expedite recovery post-injury or surgery. Merging her passion for science, wellness, and people, she adopts a holistic approach to patient care. Instrumental in encouraging community well-being, Katie inspires individuals to regain mobility and improve their lives as a key contributor to indi programming.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is Fall Flex?

    Fall Flex is an exercise challenge featuring low-impact workouts found in our Physical Therapist-designed fitness app, indi. To complete the challenge, you’ll need to finish at least four sessions for the first milestone, eight sessions for the second, and 12 sessions for the third. 

    Do I need to be an indi subscriber to complete the challenge?

    No. By signing up for Fall Flex, you’ll get a free 30-day indi trial to complete the challenge. 

    What does it cost to participate?

    While registration for the Fall Flex online challenge and live event are free, any amount you wish to donate will go directly to support cancer research at Roswell Park. 

    When and where is the in-person event?

    Fall Flex will end with an in-person exercise event on Thursday, Nov 30, 2023, from 7PM 8PM at The Powerhouse, 140 Lee Street, Buffalo, NY 14210

    Can I participate in the online challenge without attending the in-person event?

    Yes! The in-person event is not required to complete this challenge. If you do choose to attend, it will count as a session to reach your challenge milestones. The event will also be live-streamed so you can participate and log your time from home.
