Melissa grew up in Decatur, IL, the original home of the Chicago Bears. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Bradley University and a Master of Physical Therapy and Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She has been with Buffalo Rehab Group since August 2023.

As a former dancer and a current avid runner, Melissa has a great appreciation for the body in motion. Her current interests include sports injuries and prevention, return to play, post-concussion rehab, performing arts, spinal injuries, and of course, virtual rehab.

When Melissa is not working, she enjoys traveling internationally and exploring the outdoors with her family.
