Erson grew up in Jeannette, PA. He now lives with his beautiful wife and six children in Lake View, NY. He started with Buffalo Rehab Group in September 2023 and is part of the Virtual Physical Therapy Team.
Erson attended D’Youville College and graduated with his BS/MS dual degree in Physical Therapy in 1998. He immediately started one of the nation’s first Doctor of Physical Therapy programs and graduated in 2000 from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. Additionally, Erson has completed post-graduate training and received certifications in Manual Therapy, the McKenzie Method, Craniofacial and Oromaxially Pain (TMJ-Headaches), Nutritional Physical Therapy, and Modern Strength Training or Blood Flow Restriction Therapy/Training.
Erson has always enjoyed helping people and grew up in a medical family. His current interests are spinal pain, TMJ and headaches, athletic and sports injuries, breathing disorders/long covid and endurance issues.
Erson loves the small-town feel of Buffalo, NY, as well as the numerous pizza and wing joints, great variety of restaurants, and cool hikes around the region. He loves going to church at St. Anthony of Padua in Buffalo NY, rock climbing with his family at Central Rock Gym, going on hikes, and camping in their 5th-wheel RV. He is an animal lover and has a Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd.
