What is Power in Pink?
Power in Pink is a virtual fitness challenge using our Physical Therapist-designed fitness app, indi. To complete the challenge, which coincides with Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, finish at least 300 minutes of indi exercises. When you do, Buffalo Rehab Group will donate $100* to Team Roswell for breast cancer research. Get fit, build a routine, and help support a great cause — win, win, win!
What does it cost to participate?
Nothing! While registration for Power in Pink is free, any amount you wish to donate will go directly to support breast cancer research at Roswell Park.
Do I need to be an indi subscriber to complete Power in Pink?
Not at all! By signing up for Power in Pink you’ll get free indi access until October 31, 2024.
What are indi workouts like?
Indi has a variety of workouts that focus on mobility, strength, body aches and pains, and more. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to change up your routine, indi’s workouts can fit your goals.
Do I need any equipment?
Though some pieces of equipment are nice to have, you can experience indi and complete Power in Pink without any extra purchases.
How do I access indi and the Power in Pink challenge?
Indi offers a variety of ways to access your content. You can use any laptop, tablet, or phone browser. The indi app can also be found in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for easy access from your phone or tablet.
