Core Strength for Women

DESCRIPTION:
Staying active and healthy as a woman presents gender-specific challenges. This class led by a physical therapist and OB-GYN will teach you a better way to develop core strength.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Whether you’re a young female athlete, postpartum mother, or a woman who has seen their kids grow you face special challenges when it comes to fitness. This free wellness event is perfect for women of any age that are looking to build better core strength to improve their daily life.

The Presenter

Jenna Darron PT DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jenna is a graduate of University at Buffalo’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She currently treats an array of patients at our Williamsville clinic, located within the Independent Health Family Branch YCMA. Jenna joined Buffalo Rehab Group in March of 2015 and is a strong advocate for community health, wellness, and education.
