DESCRIPTION:
Staying active and healthy as a woman presents gender-specific challenges. This class led by a physical therapist will teach you a better way to develop core strength.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This class is perfect for post-partum women, postmenopausal women, women who want to learn about the pelvic floor, and women of all ages looking to add core strength to their exercise routine. This free wellness event is perfect for women of any age that are looking to build better core strength to improve their daily life.

The Presenter

Jenna Darron PT DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jenna is a graduate of University at Buffalo’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She currently treats an array of patients at our Williamsville clinic, located within the Independent Health Family Branch YCMA. Jenna joined Buffalo Rehab Group in March of 2015 and is a strong advocate for community health, wellness, and education.
